I was the Lead Game Designer. I wrote the rules, designed the systems, and designed the card functions.
Physical Board Game
The game is designed to be a print-and-play. All the assets required to play can be downloaded online and printed at home.
Prom Night is a cooperative deckbuilding card game where 1-5 players team up to defeat the evil influences that have taken over their school by defeating a series of boss monsters.
Prom Night centers around two decks; the Material Deck, which contains weapons, items, and positive events, and the Immaterial Deck, which contains monsters and negative events.
Players draw from the Material Deck, and with each turn rotation, cards from the Immaterial Deck are shuffled into the Material Deck.
